Audra Smith President Audra Smith’s career in residential construction originated in 2015 when she began working alongside her husband, Jonathan Smith, an experienced Builder. With Audra’s original trade being in the field of Occupational Therapy, she has a natural desire to help people achieve their goals, accepts challenges head-on, develops positive solutions for challenges and strives for success in every aspect of her career. Working alongside Jonathan has given Audra a passion for helping people achieve their goals in a different aspect. Upon making the decision to pursue a new career path in residential construction, Audra received her NC Building Contractor and NC Brokers licenses while helping Jonathan manage his company, where she has obtained hands-on education. Each milestone has led Audra to pursue the build-up of her own company, GML Builders. When asked how she measures success, Audra will tell you that it’s meeting the homeowners’ vision, hearing the homeowner say “I love my home” and maintaining a great rapport with homeowners’ upon completion of each project. |

Lisa Marie Smith Realtor/Agent Originally from New Castle, PA, Lisa relocated to Lake Norman in 1988 and has enjoyed watching the area grow and develop. She loves meeting new people, learning about their lives and what their family life is like, and matching them with the perfect home that is tailored to their lifestyle and needs. The final outcome of seeing her clients happy is very rewarding! Lisa attended the University of Phoenix for Business and Marketing, and has an associate’s degree in Business. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Aside from the rewarding feeling she gets from helping her clients and a new home to start the next chapter of their life in, Lisa also loves working with luxury home clients and new construction builders. Her specialty is in waterfront real estate and luxury homes. Outside of her constantly busy life of real estate, Lisa has triplet sons named Coleman, Andrew and Matthew, and two fur babies named Maggie and Marley. She loves her home in Lake Norman and is actively involved in her community; she attends Lake Norman Church of Christ and volunteers with children and teens at Carolina Bible Camp as a camp counselor every year. Some of her hobbies include walking, shopping, and relaxing at home in the evenings with her pups. |
